ESOH Management Systems Audits & Implementation

ASG has conducted over ESOH Management System Audits over the last 7 years for clients around the world.

The ASG ISO 14001 lead auditor-trained staff helps clients establish a framework for continual program and process improvement through clearly defined environmental roles and responsibilities, planning requirements, budgeting, effective implementation and operation, and management review. Our process is compliant with ISO 14001 and 19001 for the development and management of an environmental management system.

An ESOH Management Audit is completed through a three phased approach:

  • Pre-visit assessment - Intense programmatic review of documents that list of significant aspects, objectives and targets and management plans, policies, permits, and procedures
  • On-site baseline assessment - or gap analysis - to identify the level of development of existing management system elements and conformance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System goalss
  • On-site facility and work process audit to evaluate how EMS goals are implemented within the organization

For ESOH Management System Implementation, the ASG staff:

  • Develop a plan to transform existing ESOH management system elements to align with EMS goals.
  • Restructures and bolsters data in an organization’s ESOH management information system.
  • Characterizes and prioritized ESOH risk to structure workload to minimize loss and protect from injuries and environmental impact.
  • Creates procedures to evaluate the reduction in risk and assesses continual program improvement.
  • Plan, Do, Check, Act Cycle.

The Goals For ESOH Management System Audits and Implementation:

  • Conform to ISO 14001 standards and possess all elements required under the standard
  • Actively manage and mitigate risk
  • To increase overall confidence in health risk assessments
