President and CEO: Bob Campbell, PE

Bob Campbell - PresidentBob Campbell is the President and CEO of Alliance Solutions Group, Inc. (ASG), a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business that delivers global CBRN training, vulnerability assessments, exercises, emergency management planning and environmental health services for government and private entities. He formed ASG in 2005 to meet the growing demand for homeland defense training services among the military and civilian first responders.

Bob holds graduate degrees in International Business and Environmental Engineering. He served in the US Air Force as a Bioenvironmental Engineer responsible for installation environmental, health, safety and CBRN response programs. During Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, he provided technical expertise to forward-deployed environmental health, CBRN responders and operational commanders. He has been directly involved in policy development, policy oversight as well as program development and execution. In 2002, he implemented a $100 million, Air Force-wide CBRN emergency response program that equipped 80+ installations with CBRN countermeasures such as detection, protective equipment, decontamination and medical countermeasures. He oversaw the operations of 40 personnel working for seven organizations including contractors in the development and implementation of CBRN plans, training, equipment and exercise programs needed to build critical capabilities around the world. He was responsible for the technical evaluation, selection, procurement and distribution of several hundred countermeasures to each installation around the world.

After forming ASG, Bob continued to pioneer innovative training and exercise platforms such as the CBRN Challenge, Assymetric Threats Special Tactics and Response (ATSTAR™), Medical Emergency Response Capability Assessment and Training (MERCAT™), and the Integrated Base Emergency Response Capability Training (IBERCT™). Having developed, overseen and analyzed over 1,500 training/exercise events, he continuously incorporates best practices into training curricula for future use. Additionally, he has worked with over 50 communities around the world to develop interoperable and practical response plans based on collaborative planning techniques. Several of these plans were validated during natural disasters, H1N1, and industrial hazardous material accidents. Bob has led his team of CBRN analysts in development of sophisticated casualty planning models based on the national planning scenarios and community-specific risks. These models estimate the required resources to help communities prioritize limited financial resources while optimizing the community’s capabilities.

His business has grown rapidly earning ASG #142 on the 2010 INC500|5000 list of fastest growing companies within the government services sector. He continues to seek opportunities to extend ASG’s benchmark services to developing countries in support of ASG’s Vision, “Communities Prepared with Innovative Solutions, Backed with Lasting Relationships.”
